Kerry holds USFS and OAS card accreditation and has managed all aspects of aircraft maintenance and quality assurance throughout his career, ensuring aircraft are returned to service after maintenance, alterations, or repairs. His hands-on experience spans an impressive range of aircraft types:

Kim Denman is the co-founder of Air Venture Aviation, where she and her husband work side by side as a strong husband-and-wife team. Aviation has been a part of Kim's life for the past 40 years, and while her husband handles much of the hands-on technical work, she manages the background operations that keep their business running smoothly.
As Air Venture Aviation's parts administrator, Kim ensures every project is properly supported, organized, and efficient. Her attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial to the company's success, making sure that all maintenance and inspection work proceeds without delays.
Before joining the aviation world full-time, Kim spent over 22 years in the banking industry and six years working in government roles. This extensive background provided her with valuable skills in organization, communication, and customer service that now directly benefit Air Venture Aviation's clients.
Kim takes pride in achieving both personal and professional goals over the years, and she's especially proud of what she and Kerry have built together at Air Venture Aviation. The business represents not just their professional partnership, but their shared commitment to excellence in aviation.
When she's not working, you'll find Kim gardening and tending to her flowers, traveling with her husband, or enjoying precious time with their grandchildren. For Kim, aviation is more than just a business — it's a shared passion and a meaningful way to help others feel confident and supported in their aviation decisions.
